SNT ASSOCIATION
Our Association is dedicated to promoting research on the origin and structure of the Universe.
We are a group of individuals united by a passion for cosmology: physicists who have devoted years to the study of the universe, alongside professionals from diverse fields who share this interest and are committed to promoting scientific knowledge. Our mission is to support research in the field, foster public outreach, and empower young people by funding and developing cultural and scientific projects.
The Association operates in accordance with the principles set out in its charter.
OUR STATUTE
The Association Lo Spazio nel Tempo (SNT) is a non-profit, non-partisan organization whose purpose is to promote research and studies on the origin and morphology of the Universe. It supports the development of scientific projects in Cosmology, Astrophysics, and Space Physics, with a focus on enhancing Italian talent and scientific culture.The Association also carries out public engagement and science outreach activities, in collaboration with institutions and organizations both in Italy and abroad. Its mission includes fostering the involvement of young researchers in innovative and promising scientific projects, primarily within the national context.
Membership is open to individuals who share the Association’s goals and values. Members may be Founding, Honorary, or Ordinary, and they participate in the governance of the Association through the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, and the President.
The Association operates under a formal Statute, which defines its structure, roles, and responsibilities. It regulates the internal organization, decision-making processes, funding mechanisms, and financial management.
The Association may award grants, scholarships, or prizes and enter into national labor contracts to support research and outreach activities. It may also affiliate with other organizations, provided its independence and integrity are preserved.OUR MISSION
